I'm sorry, but it seems to me that the design of the bike itself does little to add protection when you're on the street with cars and trucks. I love, love, love my Dahon Mu folding bike, it's also built great, but I'm not relying on it if I get hit by a taxi.

hey! Just googled your blog. Actually took in your article, I'll pass it along! :o Have a fantastic day!

The box will fit right in your car, and you don’t need tools to assemble it. You won’t need to rely solely on a regular bicycle lock, because your main bicycle protection will be the car alarm or the lock of your front door.

It started raining this morning when I was walking out my door and I didn't have rain gear with me.

*People are always telling you what to do, but what's right for them may not be right for you.

Good to hear from the man himself.

I've loved every second with this bike. It started raining this morning when I was walking out my door and I didn't have rain gear with me. I turned around, folded my bike, and put it in the trunk and drove to work. I ride the Navigator http://www.montaguebikes.com/navigator-folding-commuter-bike.html and love the rack where I can put my groceries and my favorite Tumbuk2 bag.
Great article! I visit y'all's site often.

I purchased a Montague bike several months ago and it has changed the way I commute to work. I ride just about every day to work and store it in my car trunk at the end of the day. I think it is cool that this is a local company.
